Vintel · Vehicle appraisal software

From one appraiser’s judgment to a software product.

Vintel’s founder had a method for pricing used vehicles that depended on one person. Sorenn turned it into a responsive web application for dealerships in Mexico: a purchase offer, a negotiation range, and the market evidence behind them, applied the same way by any appraiser, plus the back office to run the subscription business.

The expertise was there. The product came next.

The founder had spent years pricing used vehicles for a dealership operation. The challenge was to turn that judgment into steps any appraiser could follow, without exposing the method behind the price.

Sorenn worked on both sides of that challenge: the product customers would use and the tools Vintel would need to manage it.

A clear path from vehicle details to an appraisal.

An appraiser starts with the vehicle’s make, model, VIN, and condition, and can expand to a guided 42-point inspection with photos. Vintel then checks pricing guides and listings and presents a purchase offer, a negotiation range, and a plain-language rationale, exportable as a PDF.

AI-assisted analysis. The appraiser decides.

Before anything is priced, an AI-assisted check reviews the market listings and keeps only comparable vehicles. The result is presented for the appraiser’s review before it is used.

The same responsive product supports work from a desktop or a phone.

Built for customers. Supported by an operating back office.

Alongside the customer application, Sorenn developed internal tools for managing dealership accounts, subscription status, usage, and team access. The engagement also included Vintel’s commercial website, which presents the product to dealerships.

Turn one expert’s judgment into software others can use.

Vintel brings together the two sides of a software business: a product built around industry knowledge and the internal tools needed to support it.

If your business has expertise that could become a product, we can help define what to build.
